With great success, Medina-based Al Jarboua Real Estate and Contracting Foundation ended its participation yesterday in the real estate exhibition Restanex Cityscape Riyadh, which was held in Riyadh from September 27 to 30, where it reviewed the project of Alia East Villas, and highlighted some of its other projects in Medina.

For this participation, Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Jarboua, owner and developer of the project, expressed his satisfaction with the outcome of their participation in this event. Al-Jarboua confirmed that the exhibition achieved many gains for them and there are serious promises and high reservations from visitors at the level of villas and apartments will complete their procedures after their visit to the company's headquarters in Medina, and revealed the intention of the Foundation to study entering the Riyadh market after the motivation and satisfaction that our products found among the visitors of the exhibition from the citizens of Riyadh, and about other projects, Al-Jarboua indicated that the Foundation is now implementing a project of 24 residential buildings containing apartments of various sizes, and each apartment represents a full floor with 4 rooms, hall and 3 bathrooms in addition to other services, and thank God full buildings were reserved.

At the end of the activities of the exhibition, the President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, Mr. Abdullah Al-Jarboua said.

At the conclusion of the exhibition's activities, Ahmed Al Jarboua thanked the team of Amlak newspaper - the specialized sponsor - for the support it provides to companies so that they contribute to achieving their desired goals from participating in this event, and described that the presence of “Amlak” has strengthened the positivity in the real estate market and increased the confidence of businessmen in the sector by bridging the gap between the consumer and the owners of projects and products.
