The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has put the Jawahar Binban lands, located north of Riyadh, up for direct sale. The offering consists of seven undeveloped plots, and the deadline for submitting purchase applications is the end of October.

The plots on offer are flat and vary between commercial and residential use. They are located outside the “white land” boundaries but within the urban development zone, covering a total area of 2,610,000 square meters.

The committee requires prospective buyers to submit a letter addressed to the committee secretary specifying the price per square meter, and to attach an original check for 5 % of the land’s value, with the offer valid for thirty days from the date of submission.
