The Ministry of Housing continues to roll out its 2017 housing program, which includes 280,000 housing units and financing options; It will announce details of the ninth batch at a press conference next Sunday, with this month’s offerings expected to exceed 29,000 housing units, including 7,700 subsidized financing options, in partnership with banks and financial institutions.

It added that the batch will also include plots of land and housing units under the “Wafi” off-plan sales program, in partnership with real estate developers.

The number of housing units announced by the Ministry of Housing as part of the “Sakani” campaign in the past eight batches has exceeded 183,000, and is projected to reach 280,000 by the end of this year.
