The Ministry of Housing revealed that 70% of its projects over the past six months were acquired by foreign development companies through partnerships and alliances with local development firms, out of a total of 34 projects distributed among 24 real estate developers to build 70,000 housing units.

It clarified that these international companies are Spanish, Chinese, and American, noting that these partnerships help attract advanced construction technology and global expertise to build an integrated model for real estate development.

The total number of housing and financing products allocated since the program’s launch at the beginning of this year has reached 215,075 housing and financing products.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing previously announced the ninth phase of the “Sakani” program, which included 13,900 housing units through the off-plan sales program in partnership with real estate development companies.
