With prices ranging from 200,000 to 453,000 riyals and affordable installments, the Ministry of Housing is launching today the inspection and reservation process for approximately 800 villa-style housing units in four governorates: Turaif, Bish, Riyadh Al-Khubara, and Thadig.

The residential units available to recipients of housing subsidies are distributed as follows: 342 villas in the Turaif Governorate in the Northern Border Region, 249 villas in the Bish Governorate in the Jazan Region, 91 residential villas in Riyadh Al-Khubara Governorate in the Al-Qassim region, and 115 residential villas in Thadig Governorate in the Riyadh region. Prices for these units range from 200,000 to 453,000 riyals, with affordable installment plans.

The Ministry confirmed that the four projects have been allocated and will be ready for delivery, comprising residential villas with an average area of 500 square meters, and built-up areas of up to 300 square meters. It noted that these projects include public facilities and green spaces, in addition to a number of sites that will be designated for government facilities, with the total area of the four projects reaching one million square meters.
