The Ministry of Housing revealed the reservation of 5 thousand housing units in 3 of its projects through the off-plan sales program in the cities of Al-Ahsa, Abha and Khamis Mushait, and the housing units represent villas and townhouses, provided that the delivery of housing will start within a period not exceeding three years through the off-plan sales program, in partnership with the private sector.

In the same context, the ministry has completed the booking and inspection procedures for three of its projects, 1510 housing units in the city of Al-Ahsa, 1,970 units in the city of Abha and 1,584 units in Khamis Mushait governorate, including villas and townhouses, with different areas up to 500 square meters, at prices ranging from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals.

The ministry continues to allocate housing units to villas and townhouses, with different areas up to 500 square meters, at prices ranging from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals. The Ministry continues the stages of allocating housing products, which was launched in early September by launching the reservation and inspection campaign in a number of projects covering most regions of the Kingdom aimed at pumping about 20 thousand housing units and making them available to beneficiaries of housing support, as reservations were completed last month for the projects of Al-Mabarz in Al-Ahsa Governorate, Al-Khobar, and two projects in Rabigh city.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The ministry aims through these projects to provide a variety of options for beneficiaries of the housing support program, and provide housing in partnership with the private sector with guarantees of high quality and appropriate prices for all segments of society, as it provides in each project a percentage dedicated to low-income beneficiaries of the development housing program, and the ministry takes into account in all projects the availability of infrastructure and spaces for public and government facilities and green spaces.

This comes in conjunction with the residential program, which announces monthly new batches to reach the final target of allocating 280,000 housing and financing products during 2017, which reached 215,057 housing and financing products that included all regions of the Kingdom, ranging from subsidized financing, developed lands and residential products through the off-plan sales system, or ready-made villas from the ministry's projects.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has been working on a number of projects to provide a percentage of beneficiaries of the development housing program for low-income people.
