The UAE-based Manazel Real Estate Company announced the sale of 951 villas in the “Al Reef 2” project and the completion of 701% of the project, The company stated that the first phase of the project is nearing completion, noting that the villas will be delivered before the end of 2017

The “Al Reef 2” project is located in the Al Samha area on the main road leading to Dubai, near Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Parks, and Outlet Mall, and spans an area of 646,000 square meters.

The project features a range of residential units, villas, swimming pools, sports fields, retail stores, schools, restaurants, clinics, mosques, and public parks, The company noted that all villa structures for the project have been completed, and the project has been registered with the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
