Asas Real Estate has unveiled residential villas as part of its Hawshi project on Maliha Street, which connects Mohammed bin Zayed Street to Emirates Street in the Emirate of Sharjah, where it unveiled 30 residential villas distributed across 15 plots, with two villas on each plot.
Each plot contains two adjoining villas, with each villa featuring three large bedrooms, a living room, two sitting rooms, two kitchens, and five bathrooms, and two spacious parking spaces, with an area of approximately 4,100 square feet per villa and a total of 8,200 square feet for both villas, on a 10,000-square-foot lot, priced at 4.2 million dirhams.
The company noted that the villas are available to UAE nationals, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals, and Arab nationals residing in the UAE.
