The number of companies and establishments enrolled in the "Supporting the Growth of Localization in Establishments" program has increased, according to the program's latest statistics, The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) confirmed that the program contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and increasing the participation rate of Saudi men and women in the labor market.
The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), Aba Al-Khail, explained that the program serves all private-sector establishments active in the social insurance system, as the Fund will contribute a percentage of the monthly social insurance contribution on behalf of establishments that achieve growth in the number of Saudi employees.

The official spokesperson noted that the support is directed at establishments to encourage the hiring of male and female citizens, bridge the wage gap, and cover the costs of on-the-job training and orientation, urging establishments wishing to register for the program to log in to their account on the Social Insurance website. Establishments wishing to register can also review the terms and conditions by visiting the (Hadaf) website.
