The “Ejar” program, which the Ministry of Housing is working to implement, organized field visits to real estate brokerage firms in Riyadh as a first phase, with the aim of familiarizing them with, assisting them, and training them to use the Ejar network.
For his part, the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Rental Sector, Engineer Mohammed Al-Bati, confirmed that the field visits conducted by the Ejar teams aim to introduce real estate brokerage firms to the Ejar network, assist them in joining the network, and accredit their real estate agencies. During these visits, employees at real estate brokerage firms are also briefed on the procedures required for the Ejar Network’s operations and trained on adding rental units, drafting real estate brokerage agreements, and documenting the standardized lease contract. Real estate brokerage firms can also coordinate with the Ejar communications team at 920005226 to benefit from the team’s field training services and learn about the network’s services and how to use them.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing recently launched the standardized lease agreement in preparation for its implementation, as it seeks to facilitate and document rental transactions and strengthen trust among the parties involved, and to record the mutual obligations between landlords, tenants, and real estate brokers in the rental sector, which will be automatically registered and documented among the parties to the rental transaction via the Ejar network.
