Emaar Properties has launched Club Villas in Dubai Hills Estate, next to the world-class golf course. The project features a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom residential units available in five different exterior designs, with all units featuring a spacious living room, lounge and entertainment area, and a dedicated dining area.

The Dubai Hills Estate project, within which the new community is located, spans an area of 11 million square feet.

The project includes more than 23 million square feet of green areas, including a golf course and a central park of about 1.9 million square feet, and the golf course is surrounded by more than 4,400 villas and townhouses and 22,000 apartments.
