The Ministry of Housing confirmed the completion of its arrangements to market 22 thousand housing units in eight regions of the Kingdom in the coming days. Al-Suwailem pointed out that the ready-made projects include the governorates of Samta, Zulfi, Makhwah and Rafha, with more than a thousand housing units of villa type on an area of 500 square meters, while off-plan sale projects include Jeddah, Dammam, Tabuk and Arar, with more than 9 thousand housing units of villas, apartments and townhouses with prices ranging from 250 to 700 thousand riyals.

Al-Suwailem added that these units are divided between projects of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Al-Suwailem added that he will launch an exhibition to market the first off-plan project in Jeddah in early December, explaining that the number of units that will be marketed through the exhibition is about 5,000 housing units, pointing out that these exhibitions, which are launched on a monthly basis, coincide with the launch of the payments of the “Residential” program.

Al-Suwailem said that the reservation of ready-made projects was completed in early November in 3 projects within the off-plan sales program, including Al-Ahsa, Abha and Khamis Mushait with a total of 5,000 housing units, while the reservation was completed in the Bish housing project and is being completed in each of Thadeq, Riyadh Al-Khobar and Tarif with a total of 800 ready-made housing units, while it was preceded by the completion of reservations in the North Riyadh project, Rabigh, Al-Mubarraz and Al-Khobar.
