Under the slogan “It’s Time to Invest in Turkey” With nearly 500 foreign investors in attendance, the 2017 Emlak Real Estate Exhibition in Turkey continues its activities with its fifth edition, currently taking place at the CNR EXPO Exhibition Center in the Yeşilköy district of Istanbul.  The international exhibition showcases real estate investment projects and financing options. “CNR EMLAK”

The exhibition, which runs through tomorrow, November 26, showcases numerous real estate projects suited to all budgets and needs, as well as Turkey’s largest urban transformation project, implemented by the Osman Gazi Municipality. The expo is attended by thousands of investors from many countries around the world, notably Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the Turkic republics.

Turkey has launched the slogan “It’s Time to Invest in Turkey” to attract capital and investors, with encouragement from the real estate sector and government officials, in addition to the incentives and facilities announced by the state from time to time.

It is worth noting that the exhibition’s program included seminars on new trends in the global and Turkish construction sectors, as well as new solutions for urban transformation.
