The Ministry of Transportation has withdrawn seven stalled projects from contractors in Jazan, in addition to that there are projects that will be withdrawn according to the legal and official procedures in accordance with contracts and contracts with the state and withdrawal in the public interest due to the failure of the contractor or failure to fulfill his contractual obligations.

This was confirmed by the Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads, M. Saad Al-Khalib said that this came after his visit to the Jazan region during the past week to inspect road projects in the region, where he met with contractors implementing road projects in the Jazan region and listened to them about the progress of the projects being implemented in the region, stressing the need to adhere to the quality and requirements of implementation and delivery dates of projects.

M. The main objective of his visit to Jazan is to review all the 56 projects in the region, of which 12 projects have been delivered or are in the process of final delivery and the remaining 44 road projects, of which 21 to 23 projects are being worked on according to the revised schedules.
