The Administrative Court in Abha overturned the Real Estate Fund's decision to transfer a number of citizens who were approved for financing loans to commercial banks.

A number of citizens had filed a complaint to the Administrative Court in Abha, and the ruling stipulated the cancellation of the Real Estate Fund's decision and gave it a month to appeal.

The Administrative Court in Riyadh ruled on November 14, 2017, to oblige the Real Estate Development Fund to apply the Council of Ministers Decision No. (82), which stipulates the treatment of beneficiaries on the previous system by lending them 500 thousand riyals, and the Fund previously stated that it is committed to final court rulings.
