The Riyadh Administrative Court canceled the decision of the Real Estate Development Fund to transfer 60 beneficiaries who were approved before 23/7/1432 AH to commercial banks, and the court obligated the fund to pay 500 thousand riyals for each beneficiary from the capital of the fund, and this is the fourth decision issued in favor of the beneficiaries from the administrative courts in various cities, and the fund has the right to appeal the ruling within a month from its date.

Ministerial Decision No. 82 stipulates that the approval of the organization of housing support in the attached formula, and that applications for housing support (housing unit - housing land - housing loan - and land and housing loan combined) will be received through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Housing.

The decision included that the provisions of this regulation shall apply to all applications for housing loans submitted to the Real Estate Development Fund, with the exception of applications submitted to the Fund whose owners have numbers before 23/7/1432 AH, which shall be treated in accordance with the procedures in force before the implementation of this regulation, and that the Fund shall disburse the necessary amounts from its current capital, and the owners of these applications - who meet the conditions in the regulation - may amend their applications to benefit from the housing support that will be provided under the provisions of this regulation.
