With the participation of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, Taqeem honors 155 specialists and certified trainers in the field of real estate valuation

The Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers honored yesterday evening the first batch of members who obtained accreditation in the real estate valuation branch (AR TAQEEM) and the economic facilities valuation branch (AB TAQEEM), as well as those who passed the training program for trainers in real estate valuation, where the number of honorees reached 155 specialists and trainers in the field of real estate valuation, this came during the «First Professional Forum for Valuers», organized by the Commission at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, in the presence and honor of His Excellency Dr. Majid Al Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment

. <During the forum, which was launched under the specialized sponsorship of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, a group of working papers and panel discussions were held on the latest developments in the valuation profession: «The Authority offers integrated accreditation programs in real estate valuation, economic facilities valuation and vehicle accident damage assessment, and these programs include training courses and professional practice hours in addition to personal interviews conducted by specialized committees for all candidates for accreditation and discuss their previous work to ensure their compliance with the standards and their application of the tools and knowledge that they were trained on during training courses.» He emphasizes: ”The valuation profession is one of the important enablers to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and these evaluators will have a great impact and an effective contribution through their professional practice based on international standards to the growth of the national economy safely."

Al-Jaris stressed the Authority's endeavor to enrich the scientific content of the valuation profession by holding discussion sessions that will be presented by members of the Authority on specialized topics in the valuation profession, and will also contribute to the exchange of experiences and expertise among the 970 members of the Authority from different regions of the Kingdom.

Al-Jaris stressed that the valuation profession is an important enabler to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
