The “Real Estate Contributions” Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has directed all shareholders in the “Al-Husseinia Land (Zamzam Project)” contribution, which belongs to Manana Real Estate Company (owned by Abdulaziz Al-Jaitheen), to update their information with the Arab Bank within a period not exceeding 60 days from December 21, 2017, which corresponds to the date of the first announcement requesting the update of shareholder information posted on the committee’s Twitter account.

In a statement, the committee clarified that shareholders must visit the Arab National Bank’s website, fill out the shareholder form, and then go to the nearest bank branch with their original documents (ID, original contracts, IBAN certificate); this is in preparation for calculating the contribution amounts.
