The Real Estate Contribution Committee “Tasfiya” announced the resolution of 31 distressed real estate contributions with a total value of approximately 250 million in 2017, “Tasfiya” spokesperson Saad bin Hamad Al-Masoud explained that the number of beneficiaries in these contributions has reached approximately 606 since the beginning of the year.

Al-Masoud added that the Real Estate Contributions Committee has liquidated 256 contributions since it began operations, benefiting approximately 31,000 contributors, noting that there are about 133 contributions that fall outside its jurisdiction.
