The Ministry of Justice revealed that the “Authenticator” service will provide 1509 locations across the Kingdom to provide notarial services, including 398 locations for notaries who started their duties by receiving applicants for notarial services, where 352 notaries were listed in the electronic portal “Tawtheeq” after they were granted licenses.
The ministry said that the service is one of the ministry's initiatives in the National Transformation Program 2020, and aims to raise the efficiency of notarization works for individuals and companies by involving the private sector, in a way that expands the privatization of justice services and supports the national economy in line with the objectives of "Saudi Vision 2030: 16.0pt; font-family: ”Helvetica","sans-serif"; color: #232323;'>'.
The ministry is currently considering 759 new applicants for notary licenses, announcing that it is launching a training program for 759 applicants, including non-lawyers who wish to obtain a notary license, others who have worked in other professions such as teaching, and bachelor's graduates who are looking for work.
