On Monday, January 22, the Banban Auction will offer five plots of land in Riyadh at the Al-Khuzama Events and Conferences Hall on King Khalid Road, across from King Saud University, following the Asr prayer.

The “Real Estate Contributions” Committee at the Ministry of Commerce confirmed that the Banban plots consist of five undeveloped commercial and residential lots with a total area of 2,610,000 m². They are located within the urban area, and possession will be immediate. The area of plot (29) is 70,540.57 m². The area of plot (30) is 756,874.45 m². The area of plot (32) is 569,852.24 m². The combined area of Lots (34 and 35) is 197,021.78 m². The combined area of Lots (33 and 36) is 1,015,711.27 m².

The committee clarified the conditions for registration and participation in the auction, which require the submission of a certified check in the amount of one million riyals. This amount is considered a non-refundable advance payment for the successful bidder, with a check for the remaining balance to be issued upon the conclusion of the auction.
