Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense—may God protect them both—for the Cabinet’s approval, during its session yesterday, of the decision regarding the mechanism for paying housing subsidy installments for the groups under the care of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.

They emphasized that the wise leadership pays great attention to all segments of society in various fields, especially housing, which it monitors continuously, with the aim of enabling Saudi families eligible for housing support to obtain suitable housing, through a number of programs and solutions tailored to all citizens and designed to meet their needs. It also pays special attention to the groups under the care of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, specifically social security beneficiaries and those covered by social welfare programs.

The Minister of Housing said: “The mechanism approved by the Council of Ministers covers families under the care of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development who are eligible for housing support, and this mechanism will be implemented in coordination with the Ministries of Housing, Finance, and Labor and Social Development, with the aim of providing appropriate housing solutions for all segments eligible for housing support.
