Engineer Saraqa Al-Khatib, General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Program at the Ministry of Housing, said that the prices of residential units announced as part of the first phase of the 2018 “Sakani” campaign range from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals.

Al-Khatib explained that the announced housing units meet the needs of a large segment of Saudi families by offering a full range of options to both male and female citizens, noting that the Ministry of Housing has focused on construction quality and reasonable pricing in its residential units.

He added that the Ministry continues to offer citizens a variety of housing options through monthly exhibitions—whether for ready-to-move-in villas or through the off-plan sales program—in order to meet their needs and facilitate the reservation process for their housing units.

He emphasized the high level of interest in these exhibitions, noting that reservations for several of them have recently been filled, such as the Tahlia Gate project in Jeddah Province, as well as projects in Riyadh, Abha, and Khamis Mushait, and others in Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Al-Baha, Al-Qunfudhah, Jazan, Rabigh, and elsewhere.
