The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced today, Thursday, the postponement of the Banban land auction scheduled for Monday, May 5, 1439, and that direct bids would be accepted for the entire estimated area of 2,610,000 m², due to a bid from an investor to purchase the land at a reasonable price.
The committee had previously confirmed that the Banban lands are located within the urban area, with plot (29) is 70,540.57 m². The area of plot (30) is 756,874.45 m², and the area of plot (32) is 569,852.24 m². Plots (34 and 35) have a combined area of 197,021.78 m². Plots (33 and 36) have a combined area of 1,015,711.27 m².
Those interested in purchasing are invited to submit a letter addressed to the Secretary-General of the Committee, accompanied by a certified check for 5% of the total value, no later than Sunday, 4/5/1439, at 2:00 p.m.
