<His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, issued a decision approving the expropriation and initiation of expropriation procedures for the implementation of a number of new municipal projects in regions and governorates of the Kingdom, including the expropriation of (190) properties and compensating their owners in accordance with the established legal procedures by about (380) million riyals from the budget approved for the implementation of these projects, in addition to initiating expropriation procedures for (617) properties in different regions of the Kingdom to implement several organization and expansion projects for roads and neighborhoods. The decisions included approving the expropriation of properties in favor of a street in the Mahbas Al-Jin plan and the King Khalid Bridge extension project in the Holy Capital and paying compensation of (46,522,191) million riyals, while it was decided to expropriate a group of properties in favor of organization in Medina and pay compensation of (10,018) million riyals.445 million riyals, one property in Yanbu governorate and compensation in the amount of (364,744) thousand riyals, and approval was given to expropriate a group of properties in favor of regulation in Riyadh and pay compensation in the amount of (8,065,563) million riyals, as well as one property in Al-Muzahmiyah governorate and compensate its owners in the amount of (200,000) thousand riyals. The decisions included approving the expropriation of a group of properties in the Qassim region, including properties in Unaiza governorate and the payment of compensation in the amount of (53,290,479) million riyals, and properties in Al-Madhanib governorate and the payment of compensation in the amount of (3,533,830) million riyals in favor of regulation in the Qassim region, while decisions were issued approving the expropriation of a group of properties in favor of regulation in Taif governorate and paying compensation in the amount of (66,904,223) million riyals.904.223 million riyals, as well as approving the expropriation of properties in favor of regulation in the city of Hail and the payment of (30.539.331) million riyals as compensation to the owners of those properties, while the decisions included approving the expropriation of properties in Jazan and the payment of compensation in the amount of (1.440.000) million riyals, and properties in Ahad Al-Marha Governorate and the payment of compensation in the amount of (9.976.000) million riyals. The expropriation and compensation decisions also included the expropriation of real estate in favor of organizing some streets in the city of Sakaka in the Al-Jouf region and the payment of compensation in the amount of (30,233,596) million riyals, and the approval of expropriation of real estate in favor of the road linking Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Street and King Abdullah Road in Najran and the payment of compensation in the amount of (19,982,695) million riyals.Decisions were issued to approve the expropriation of a group of properties in favor of regulation in Al-Ahsa governorate and the payment of compensation in the amount of (53,808,801) million riyals, while decisions were issued to approve the expropriation of a number of properties in favor of regulation in Asir region in the amount of (41,707,281) million riyals, and one property in Tanuma governorate in Asir region in the amount of (5,364,000) million riyals. Decisions were also issued approving the start of expropriation procedures for a group of properties in favor of regulation in Medina, as well as properties for a 40 m wide street in Yanbu Governorate in Medina, decisions were issued approving the start of expropriation procedures for regulation in Riyadh, properties in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate, properties in Al-Kharj Governorate and two properties in Zulfi Governorate, while it was decided to start expropriation procedures for two properties for Prince Majed Street in Jeddah Governorate and a group of properties for the extension of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Street in Jeddah Governorate, and to start expropriation procedures for a large number of properties for the ring road in Jeddah Governorate. The decisions also included approving the start of expropriation procedures for the organization in Taif governorate and other properties in Tarbah governorate, while it was decided to start expropriation procedures for the organization in Hail city, while it was decided to start expropriation procedures for the expansion of the entrance of Al Faisaliyah neighborhood in Baljarshi city in Al Baha region, and it was approved to start expropriation procedures for a number of properties in Jazan city, and others in Al Darb, Al Arada and Abu Arish in Jazan region, as well as to start expropriation procedures for the organization in Sakaka city in Al Jouf region and start expropriation procedures for a group of properties for the link road between Ab Street and Al Arafa Street in Jazan. The Ministry invited the owners of the properties that have been decided to be expropriated to review the competent authorities to complete their compensation procedures in accordance with the requirements of the applicable system of expropriation in the public interest, and the owners of all properties that have been decided to start expropriation procedures will be invited to submit their ownership documents to the regional secretariats and form committees to review them and estimate compensation in accordance with the regulations of expropriation for public benefit

The Ministry also invited the owners of all properties that have been decided to start expropriation procedures to submit their ownership documents to the secretariats of the regions.
