The Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiya” announced the completion of the sale of the Jawahar Binban land in Riyadh for a total value of more than 220 million riyals, The Jawahar Binban land parcels consist of five undeveloped commercial and residential plots outside the scope of “white land” fees and within the urban development zone, covering an area of 2.61 million square meters.

The Real Estate Contributions Committee had previously announced the postponement of the auction due to an investor’s entry into a direct purchase and, in light of this, invited interested buyers to submit their applications. The areas of the plots are as follows: Plot (29) 70,540.57 m². Plot (30) has an area of 756,874.45 m². Plot (32) has an area of 569,852.24 m². Plots (34 and 35) have a combined area of 197,021.78 m². Plots (33 and 36) have a combined area of 1,015,711.27 m².
