<The Ministry of Housing has identified 4 procedures that the beneficiary must follow when applying for a land grant, stressing their importance to achieve optimal utilization of the land. The four procedures are to visit the nearest branch of the ministry in the region, obtain a building license within 6 months, start construction within a year, and finish it in 3 years to obtain the title deed.
