The International Real Estate Exhibition will take place from April 9 to 11 at the Dubai World Trade Center and will feature a series of global events aimed at attracting investment to the real estate market in the United Arab Emirates.

Dawood Al Shizawi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the «Dubai Real Estate Festival,» said that the «International Real Estate Exhibition» in its 2018 edition will provide investors with a comprehensive platform for major offers, allowing them to secure the best viable opportunities through exclusive deals offered by participating developers at attractive prices and flexible payment plans with low interest rates.

Al-Shizawi added that the exhibition, held on the sidelines of the «Dubai Property Festival» organized by the «Department of Land and Property» in the field of real estate sales and purchases, will help stimulate the already active real estate sector, which saw transaction volumes totaling 285 billion dirhams in 2017.

The chairman of the organizing committee for the «Dubai Real Estate Festival» predicted that the number of visitors to the exhibition would exceed 20,000 this year, with more than 170 exhibitors from various local, regional, and international markets.

He noted that one of the key features of this year’s edition is that it provides a comprehensive platform for major real estate launches, offering buyers opportunities to purchase properties through exclusive deals from developers at low interest rates.
