Amniyat Real Estate Group has announced the latest apartment designs in its luxury “One Palm” project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, priced at approximately 60 million dirhams. The group unveiled the model apartment, which spans an area of 4,473 square feet (about 416 square meters). It consists of four bedrooms and their respective en-suite bathrooms and offers views of Dubai Marina, Eye of Dubai, and the Arabian Gulf.

London-based Studio Elysium was responsible for designing the apartment’s details; the studio is one of two interior design partners selected by Amniyat Real Estate to work on the One Palm project, while the Dorchester Group, a luxury hospitality brand, manages the building.

The One Palm project is home to Dubai’s most expensive apartment, a 29,000-square-foot triplex penthouse that sold for 102 million dirhams.
