<Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the off-plan sales program will launch the first edition of the “Wafix” exhibition and forum for off-plan sales projects during the period 11-14/7/1439 H corresponding to 28-31/3/2018 at the Grand Conference Hall of the Crowne Plaza Digital City Hotel in the capital, Riyadh, The forum, which is sponsored by Amlak newspaper, aims to introduce the mechanism of work carried out by the off-plan sales committee “Wafi” to preserve the rights of buyers, ensure the quality of the product and the licensing mechanism for such projects and its positives in providing ownership at the fastest time and lowest cost.

Wafix brings together a number of companies specialized in real estate development, financing, legal, engineering and accounting entities that hold Wafi licenses for sale, display and marketing, and visitors will be able to view and learn about real estate projects on the map, and the mechanism of ownership in this type of real estate development activities.

The exhibition will include sessions of the on-map sales committee “Wafi” to preserve the rights of buyers, ensure the quality of the product and the mechanism of licenses for such projects and the positives of providing ownership in the fastest time and least cost. The exhibition includes specialized sessions on off-plan sales with an introductory overview of it and its system and its benefits to beneficiaries, with the participation of speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom, hosting and reviewing successful international projects and experiences in this field, where the first session is dedicated to talking about projects under construction, or what is known as the off-plan sale or rental system in Saudi Arabia and its stages of development and future vision, while the second session talks about regional and international experiences in the field of off-plan sales (Egyptian experience as a model) which has been chosen as a leading model in this field.
