The real estate index recorded a rise of 35.28% with a total value of transactions amounting to 6.516.673.252 billion riyals.

The weekly report issued by the Ministry of Justice during the period from Sunday 7/10/1435H to Thursday 11/10/1435H showed an increase in notary writings in Makkah, Al-Khobar, Ras Tanura and Al-Bukairiyah, and a decrease in notary writings in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Buraidah, Tabuk, Abha, Jizan, Taif, Khamis Mushait, Arar, Najran, Al-Ahsa, Hail and Hafar Al-Batin.
