This came during a workshop "Notes and Suggestions on the Companies Law organized by the Riyadh Chamber, recently, represented by the Lawyers Committee, where Al-Mahmoud explained that the most prominent development that came in the new system of companies is the assignment of the task of supervision of listed companies entirely to the Capital Market Authority, indicating that this made the task of implementing the system jointly between the Ministry and the Authority.
