The Ministry of Housing, represented by the “Sakani” program, continued to complete its programs by offering more options for citizens, as it announced last Thursday the start of booking and inspection procedures for 8429 housing units for citizens benefiting from housing support in 8 new projects distributed in 6 regions, including 5 exhibitions for residential units under construction (off-plan sale) and 3 projects for ready-made residential units of the type of villas.

The ministry explained that the off-plan residential units projects announced today include 3824 apartment-type units in Hofuf, in addition to 1000 villas in Al-Khobar governorate, 1500 villas in Al-Jouf city, 656 apartments in Yanbu governorate in the Medina region, and 434 villas in Riyadh city.
The ministry pointed out that the projects of residential units under construction “off-plan sale” that were announced today include 3824 apartment-type units. It pointed out that each project is characterized by a variety of designs, diverse spaces, in addition to high quality and price rates suitable for the financial capabilities of the beneficiaries, ranging from 250 thousand to 700 thousand riyals.

The ministry pointed out that the prefabricated housing unit projects include 1015 villa-type housing units ready for delivery, where the Dawadmi project in the Riyadh region includes 501 villas, 254 villas in the city of Arar, and 260 villas in Al-Kharmah governorate in the Makkah region.
The ministry explained that these housing units are within the target of the "Residential 2018" program to allocate 300,000 housing and financing products, indicating that more housing units will be pumped in front of citizens to achieve their desires and provide appropriate housing options for them.
