With an area of 2.6 million square feet and a cost of 1 billion dirhams, Continental Investment Company has launched the “Rakan Residential” project in the Dubai Land area.
The “Rakan Residential” project is located next to the ”Al Maraba Al Arabiya” project and is close to shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment complexes. and 70% of the project’s total area has been allocated to open public spaces and green areas.
The project features a fully serviced residential complex consisting of villas, townhouses, twin houses, studios, and luxury apartments of various sizes, as well as a commercial area featuring retail spaces and recreational facilities including tennis courts, fitness clubs, dedicated running and cycling paths, a mosque, and a daycare center.
