King Abdullah Economic City has announced the release of 130 residential lots in the “Al-Hijaz Miram“ project, starting tomorrow, Thursday, and running through March 17. The lots, which vary in size and are located within a family-oriented residential complex, are priced starting at 409,000 riyals, with a down payment of just 5%, and installments over five years with no profit margin, at the Hilton Makkah Hotel and Convention Center.
The project is located next to the Al-Haramain Train Station within the Economic City, where the station includes commercial areas and business offices, as well as shopping centers, stores, and hotels of various categories, in addition to sports and entertainment facilities.
Fahad Al-Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of King Abdullah Economic City, said: ”We are pleased to launch this new residential land offering in Makkah, as it responds to the growing demand and interest from residents of the Holy City and Madinah in the various residential products available in King Abdullah Economic City, which is now closer to Makkah and Madinah—less than half an hour from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah—especially with the start of operations at the Haramain High-Speed Rail station.”

For his part, Charles Bailey, CEO of the Real Estate Development Company in King Abdullah Economic City, stated that upon completion, the project will feature advanced infrastructure, including a fiber-optic network, smart city services, a stormwater drainage system, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings, and vast open spaces and green areas for various sports, in addition to health and sports clubs and swimming pools for men and women, as well as its connection to the highway network linking the economic city to the rest of the Kingdom’s cities.
