The Ministry of Housing announced that citizens - beneficiaries of housing support - have completed the reservation of 531 apartment-type housing units in the residential units under construction (off-plan sale) project in Jizan city, representing about 70 % of the project called “Al Safwa Garden”.
The Ministry of Housing announced in a statement today. <The project, which is one of the fruits of partnership with the private sector, is strategically located close to important vital places, such as Jizan University, King Abdullah Airport, and the city's corniche. She added that the beneficiaries will be handed over their housing units within a period not exceeding 36 months, based on the division of the project phases into 5 time phases with an area of 16 thousand square meters for each phase, stressing that there are many quality guarantees that will be provided to citizens, and the project is integrated with infrastructure, public facilities, parks and green spaces.
She stated that the project is located on a total area estimated at 90,000 square meters, and includes 21 residential buildings that have been divided into two models, whose residential units “apartments” vary in size and number on each floor, but they share the number of rooms of 5 bedrooms for each of them.
She said that the first model is located on a total area of 90,000 square meters for each phase. The first model consists of 4 apartments on each floor, with an area of 192 square meters, while the second model contains two apartments on each floor, with an area of 208 square meters per apartment.
The project has been provided with a list of integrated vital facilities and services that serve the needs of all family members and their social, recreational, residential and security requirements, and the residential units were built on 3 areas, the first is the family area with a master bedroom, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, family dressing room, and hall, while the service area consists of a kitchen and a maid's room, while the third area includes a guest area that contains a dining room and a living room.
