Khalid Shaker Al-Mubayd, General Manager and Executive Partner of Basma, during a press conference held at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh on this occasion that this significant step in the company’s journey is the result of four years of diligent work and collaboration with the world’s leading software companies specializing in digital transformation. Basma’s plan was designed to keep pace with the significant changes in , where digital services have become an essential and integral part of their lives.
Al-Mubayyad, General Manager of Basma Real Estate Management, emphasized that Basma’s real estate services will become more efficient and widespread, serving millions of customers in the Saudi and Gulf markets, and will change the face of traditional real estate services forever. The rate of errors and omissions will be reduced to 90%. Customers will also be able to list their properties—whether for sale or rent—easily and conveniently, and most services and payments will be conducted electronically through a dedicated payment portal.
