The value of real estate transactions in the first half of the Hijri year rose to 115 billion riyals, as the value of transactions in the same period last year amounted to 113 riyals in 1438 AH, an increase of 2%.
The value of Jumada Al-Akhirah deals declined
Data from the Ministry of Justice showed that real estate sales in the month of Jumada Al-Akhirah decreased by 38% to reach 1.12 billion riyals compared to the same month last year, while the value of real estate transactions did not exceed 6.19 billion riyals, while the decline compared to the month of Jumada Al-Akhirah was 3%, equivalent to 400 million riyals.
Residential transactions decreased
The decrease in real estate transactions during the month of Jumada Al-Thani 1439 AH is due to the decrease in residential transactions by 26% compared to the same period last year to reach about 2.9 billion riyals, in addition to the decrease in the value of commercial transactions by 59% to reach about 9.2 billion riyals.Real estate transactions in Jumada Al-Thani 1439 AH.

Real estate transactions in Jumada I amounted to 48.12 billion riyals, recording a decrease of 25,% compared to the same period last year, and compared to the month of Rabi'II 1439 AH, real estate transactions recorded a decrease of 64,% equivalent to 8.21 billion riyals.
Real estate transactions in Jumada II amounted to 48.12 billion riyals, recording a decrease of 65,% compared to the same period last year.
The value of real estate transactions recorded an increase of 10 % since the beginning of 1439H, equivalent to 2.9 billion riyals compared to the same period last year, to reach 6.102 billion riyals. Reason for the decline in Jumada I deals
<The decrease in real estate transactions during the month of Jumada I is due to the decrease in residential transactions by 22% to reach about 7.8 billion riyals, while the value of commercial transactions amounted to about 8.3 billion riyals, recording a decrease of 32% compared to the same period last year. Real estate deals on land plots (residential and commercial) accounted for the largest share during the month of Jumada I of the year 1439 AH, amounting to 69.10 billion riyals and a percentage of about 86% of the total value, followed by apartment deals worth 03.1 billion riyals.
