Mr. Saad Al-Masoud, the official spokesperson for the Real Estate Contributions Committee, identified the contributions that fall outside the committee’s jurisdiction and were made prior to August 22,1426 AH, and the reasons why they fall outside the committee’s jurisdiction, so that each contribution can be tracked by the appropriate authority. The contributions that fall outside the committee’s jurisdiction are:

Eid contribution:

This contribution falls outside the committee’s jurisdiction and is currently being reviewed by the General Court in Dammam, pursuant to Circular No. (13/T/3391) issued by His Excellency the Minister of Justice on 21/5/1429 AH, as it falls within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice.

Al-Ghazal case:

This case falls outside the committee’s jurisdiction and is currently pending before the Real Estate Cases Division of the General Court in Riyadh; a certified public accountant has been appointed by the division to review the case.

Bin Hassan’s contributions:

The contribution falls outside the Committee’s jurisdiction and is currently pending before the General Court in Dammam. The Standing Committee has issued a decision to refer the matter to the judiciary for consideration and enforcement against his assets in accordance with the provisions of the law and the procedures specified by the regulations.

Juma’ bin Juma’ contributions:

This contribution falls outside the Committee’s jurisdiction. The Administrative Court of the Eastern Province has issued a ruling ordering Jumaa bin Fahd Al-Jumaa to restore the rights of the shareholders in accordance with Sharia law, based on their bonds and mudaraba contracts.

Al-Dhiab’s contribution:

This contribution falls outside the Committee’s jurisdiction because it does not involve real estate but rather the investment of funds, which is a matter for the general courts.
