King Abdullah Economic City has confirmed that social, sports, and recreational facilities for the villas in the first batch of Phase 1—in the “Al-Tala Gardens” neighborhood—are currently under development. The company noted that a number of residential villas have been handed over to their owners in the residential complex, which was designed to international standards and is being developed in five phases.

In a press release, the company indicated that it had previously completed the sale and handover of residential lots across all five phases, noting that the neighborhood features advanced infrastructure designed to the highest international standards, including: a drinking water network, electricity, a fiber-optic network, sewage, and stormwater drainage and irrigation systems, as well as sports fields, green spaces, and children’s play areas.

She added that finishing work is currently being completed on the neighborhood center, which features outdoor swimming pools for men, women, and children, a gym, a yoga room, and a multipurpose room with ample space for sitting, relaxing, and hosting events and celebrations.
