The Ministry of Housing has clarified that the "Self-Build" program is a service designed to facilitate the submission of financing applications (for construction) for beneficiaries of the financing program who own land, in cooperation with banks and financial institutions. The Ministry noted its ongoing efforts to meet the needs of all beneficiaries and to provide everything that is appropriate.

Similarly, the Ministry of Housing confirmed that it is currently working on updating and developing the loan product mechanism for landowners, noting that once the update is complete, it will be available, and the new mechanism will be announced.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Housing recently discontinued the “Loan and Land” product with the approval of the new housing support regulations, so that all housing products are now ready-to-move-in in agreement with villa and apartment developers.
