The Governor of Riyadh Honors Al-Ahli Bank for Its Efforts in Saudization and 100% Localization of Jobs

In recognition of its efforts and contribution to Saudization and the localization of jobs, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, honored Al-Ahli Bank, The announcement of the honor for Al-Ahli Bank came during the 22nd Graduation and Job Fair, recently held at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, which the bank sponsored. The event was attended by Minister of Civil Service Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Mushabb bin Ayed Al-Qahtani, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, and a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Civil Service and the Institute of Public Administration.

Mutlaq Al-Anzi, Senior Deputy CEO and and Head of the Human Resources Group at Al-Ahli Bank, expressed his appreciation for His Highness’s recognition, emphasizing that this honor is a source of pride for the bank and comes as an extension of the generous support provided to the younger generation by our wise government and its various agencies. Al-Anzi emphasized that the bank’s Saudization efforts are rooted in a broad concept and a comprehensive vision that goes beyond mere employment to support our national economy, and that we have a strategic direction of double importance, as it relates to building and developing leadership talent to achieve the bank’s vision of being the first choice for employees, expressing his pride that Al-Ahli Bank has achieved a distinguished position in job Saudization, with a rate of 95.3 % and 100 % of its senior management consisting of Saudis, with the bank’s workforce in the Kingdom currently standing at 7,937 employees, and the percentage of female employees exceeding 13 % of the total workforce—all of whom are Saudi women.
