“Real Estate” and ”Housing” launch an interactive campaign to educate waiting list beneficiaries about real estate products

With broad participation from banks and financial institutions, the Real Estate Development Fund, in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, launched an interactive campaign in a number of shopping centers across 14 cities through special booths set up over a period of 5 weeks, The interactive campaign aims to educate all beneficiaries on waiting lists about the products and solutions available for real estate financing, as well as the application process, in addition to providing a service to update their information.

The interactive campaign for the Real Estate Development Fund and the Ministry of Housing utilizes promotional advertisements inside shopping malls, informational brochures, social media platforms, text messages (SMS), and awareness-raising materials.

Hamoud Al-Osaimi, the official spokesperson for the Real Estate Fund, revealed that the interactive campaign targets beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund and the Ministry of Housing and is based on three main pillars: raising awareness among all beneficiaries on waiting lists about the Fund’s solutions and the options available to them; educating beneficiaries and answering all their inquiries regarding the “mortgage loan” program; educating them about available products, application procedures, and the importance of updating their information, as well as encouraging beneficiaries to submit “Real Estate Loan” applications and finding the right product for beneficiaries of the Fund and the Ministry of Housing.

Al-Osaimi explained that the shopping centers hosting the campaign will be as follows: In Riyadh (Granada Mall), Jeddah (Radsi Mall), Dammam (Darain Mall), Al-Qassim (Al-Othaim Mall), Makkah (Makkah Mall), Madinah (Al-Nour Mall), Abha (Asir Mall), Jizan (Al-Qadi Mall), Hail (Salma Mall), Tabuk (Al-Hukair Mall), Arar (Arar Mall), Sakaka (Al-Jouf Mall), Taif (Jouri Mall), and Al-Ahsa (Al-Hasa Mall).

The campaign is part of the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund’s efforts to achieve the Kingdom’s vision of increasing the percentage of Saudis who own their own homes to 60% by 2020 and 70% by 2030.
