With a total of 242 luxury residential apartments and comprehensive amenities, Abdul Latif Jameel Land announced yesterday, Tuesday, the launch of its first residential project, the ”J|ONE” complex, located in the Al-Salamah district in northwestern Jeddah. The project’s distinctive designs draw inspiration from fine art and the creative landscape of Jeddah, a city experiencing a boom in creativity, the arts, and design. The complex offers a vibrant residential environment that supports family values, and represents a new model in modern residential complexes, with a total built-up area of approximately 64,000 square meters, unique and eco-friendly housing options, and shared amenities such as outdoor swimming pools, a health club, a café, a home theater, a lounge, a games room, a daycare center, a beauty salon, and a mini-market.
The project was first announced in 2016 and was completed in approximately 19.5 months. The “J|ONE” complex is considered one of the residential projects that contribute to raising the standard, quality, and level of residential units in the Kingdom. This project marks Abdul Latif Jameel Land’s first venture into residential real estate development and demonstrates the company’s future capability to build modern, contemporary residential communities with high-end specifications, positioning it to become a vital landmark in Jeddah’s residential landscape.
