The Real Estate Liquidation Council for the Estate of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi holding its auctions today, Saturday. The Board announced that it is organizing its eighth public auction to sell 15 properties in both Dammam and Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province, with a total area of 2.91 million square meters.

In a statement, the Council clarified that the properties up for auction are: Abu Hadriya Lots 1 and 2, Al-Rajhi Hospital and Dr. Fakhri Hospital, the Dammam Building, six plots in Al-Mazrou’iyah, Al-Haramain Hotel; eight plots in Al-Hamra; the Al-Khobar Building; four plots; vacant land in Al-Rawda neighborhood; two plots in Al-Adama neighborhood; vacant land on Prince Badr Street; and land in Abdullah Fouad neighborhood.

It is worth noting that total sales from the seven auctions held for properties from the estate of “Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi” reached more than 3 billion riyals.
