<DAMAC Properties, one of the largest high-end real estate developers in the Middle East, has launched the second batch of residential units in its latest development, AKOYA Oxygen, following an «unprecedented» demand for the first batch of the project.
The first batch of residential units at AKOYA Oxygen sold out overnight. The second batch of units will go on sale at special events across the UAE on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. Prices for the 4-bedroom villas start from AED 2.25 million. The events will take place at DAMAC Maison - The Dubai Mall, The Oberoi Hotel and JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai's Burj area, as well as Atlantis Hotel in Palm Jumeirah and Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana in Deira.
Akoya Oxygen, the region's first «green» development, is a 55 million-square-foot development in Dubailand. The project is characterized by lush green spaces consisting of parks, open green areas and private gardens. AKOYA Oxygen includes an 18-hole international-standard golf course, featuring organic gardens, private parks and more than 4,000 trees.
