In addition, the value of commercial transactions decreased by 58% to reach about 2.3 billion riyals. The real estate transactions that took place on plots of land (residential and commercial) acquired the largest share during the month of Rajab of the year 1439 AH, amounting to 10 billion riyals and a percentage of about 87% of the total value, followed by apartment deals worth 778TP3T.As for the most active cities in terms of the value of residential real estate transactions during the month of Rajab, Riyadh was the highest with deals worth 3.29 billion riyals, a decrease of 17% compared to the same month last year, followed by Jeddah with 1.24 billion riyals, a decrease of 25%.
