Under the slogan “We Won’t Let Your Rights Be Taken Away,” the Ministry of Commerce, represented by the Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiya,” launched its “Your Rights Are a Trust 3” campaign yesterday, Monday, in Al-Ahsa Governorate, with the aim of recovering 55 million riyals from old real estate contributions that their owners have not yet claimed.
The campaign, launched under the patronage of His Highness Prince Badr bin Mohammed bin Jalawi Al Saud, Governor of Al-Ahsa, aims to restore the rights of shareholders in old, stalled real estate contributions that the committee has liquidated and sold, and to recover their funds after years of
“Tasfiya” has set up a booth at Al-Othaim Mall to explain the committee’s operations and provide all services to visitors, including direct searches for the names and statuses of real estate contributions or searches by shareholder name to facilitate determining eligibility, especially since many shareholders and heirs are unaware of their ancestors’ participation in these investments. It also noted that eligibility can be determined by visiting the nearest branch of Al-Arabi Bank or contacting the committee at its published addresses.
