The number of beneficiaries who have received approvals from the Real Estate Fund but have not yet received their loans has reached 82,000, Hamoud Al-Osaimi, the Fund’s official spokesperson, announced a decision to extend the deadline for citizens who are late in receiving their real estate loans despite having received approval for their loan applications, for an additional year, beginning on 26 Shawwal 1439 and ending on 25 Shawwal 1440 AH. This decision applies to beneficiaries whose applications were previously approved on or after 22 Sha’ban 1429 (10 years ago or less prior to the date of the Council’s meeting.)
