The Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund announced the fifth installment of the “Residential” program for 2018, with a total of 21,612 subsidized loans, housing units and free land, distributed in all regions of the Kingdom, within the program's targets of 300,000 products during the current year, bringing the total allocated during the first five months to 105,174 housing and financing options.

Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund announced the fifth installment of the “Residential” program for 2018, with a total of 21,612 subsidized loans, housing units and free land, distributed in all regions of the Kingdom. The fifth installment allocated 8115 housing units under construction "off-plan sale", in partnership with real estate developers, distributed in the Makkah region 7279 and the Eastern Province 836, while the 5197 free lands are distributed in six regions, including 773 lands in Riyadh, 749 lands in the Qassim region, 2208 in the Eastern Province, 610 in Asir, 749 in the northern border, and 108 lands in Al-Jouf.

The fifth installment also included 83 lands in the Kingdom's regions. <The batch also included 8300 mortgage loans from the Real Estate Development Fund in partnership with banks and financial institutions distributed across all regions of the Kingdom, including 2189 in the Riyadh region, Makkah with 1346, Madinah with 706, Qassim with 724, Eastern Province with 1015, Asir with 609, Tabuk with 299, Hail with 308, Northern Borders with 234, Jizan with 169, Najran with 311, Al-Baha with 162, and Al-Jouf with 228.
